With tongue piercings, you can say a lot without saying a word

August 25, 2004

The newest craze in tongue piercings these days is to wear a tongue barbell that has a logo or picture set in the flattened top barbell to express your opinion or personality. These logos are usually set on the flattened steel head, and then covered with a clear acrylic layer that shows the bright colors to full advantages. Tongue piercings that show off these tongue rings pull no punches – they range from demure to raunchy and everything in between!

If you want to move beyond standard tongue piercings like a straight barbell, try a whimsical smiley face or perhaps an angel if you’d like to assure people of your angelic nature. Would you rather let everyone know that you’re a player? You can say just that with a logo tongue barbell! There are tongue barbells that spell it out, saying everything from “Let’s play!” to “Go to “H***”, depending on your mood and your feeling towards humanity on a given day.

Should men beware of your charms? Tongue piercings can warm them off if you’re wearing a logo that displays a black widow spider on a red background. Are you the kind of guy who has a bit of pirate in him? A Jolly Roger tongue stud will advertise it! Who know tongue piercings were so versatile?

So if you feel like tongue piercings should be more than just decoration, maybe it’s time you move to the next level and use them as a form of communication. Stick out your tongue and say....whatever you want to say!
